How do we exist:

The UTS Project Pitch weekend was built through collaboration between four UTS student societies those being ACESUTS, AIESEC, BUiLD Students Society and the Student Success Initiative, as well as the ActivateUTS, UTS Business School and UTS BUiLD.

The judging and mentoring panels for UTS Project Pitch are assembled by volunteers from the UTS Entrepreneurial network of Post Graduate Students, Alumni, University staff and Society contacts.

UTS Project Pitch is funded through ActivateUTS. ActivateUTS receives a portion of the Student Services and Amenities fee.

What is Project Pitch?

A three day entrepreneurial weekend for startups with one current UTS staff or student as a co-founder. From Friday night at 6pm you'll have networking with industry professionals and your first pitch. Saturday will be taking your business to the next level, attend masterclasses, work with mentors and hear from industry professionals to finalise your business for the final pitch. On Sunday, work with tech gurus, marketing professionals and successful entrepreneurs to perfect your afternoon presentation and pitch.

Teams will be required to pitch three times throughout the weekend. The third pitch will be on Sunday afternoon where a panel of experts and investors will award $10 000 in prizes to the most scalable and viable business concepts.
