Jane Lu

Jane is the founder of Show Pony. An online store aimed to bring fun and affordable fashion to girls worldwide through their online store

Jane also has a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and have had 3 years of corporate experience with Ernst & Young and KPMG. After travelling over 40 countries during her uni days, she could not imagine settling down back into the humdrum corporate life.

With no experience in retail, fashion or entrepreneurship, she ventured into a business with friends in 2009. This was an utter failure.

She bounced back from the catastrophe of this failed venture and started Show Pony the following month. Despite a slow start, Show Pony grew its bricks-and-mortar retail presence and had 3 stores in Broadway, Bondi Junction Westfield and Pitt St Westfield.

Soon enough online sales started skyrocketing to over $450k a month, along with Show Pony's Facebook following of 215,000+.
